The clock arrived damaged. I had a choice of either send it back and pay the postage or keep the clock and get a £6 discount. Either way I'm losing out money and no clock. Should be the sellers responsibility to make sure goods arrive without damage, and if they do arrive damaged. Then the seller should take responsibility for the return postage and either refund or replace the item. I won't be purchasing here again.
